Front-end Developer, React Native (various levels)

We are currently looking for both junior front-end developers (0-3 yrs experience) and Senior front-end developers (5+ yrs experience) to join us in our exciting journey. In this role, you will join us as one of our first employees and be a key player in building the company from the start. You will be able to both contribute to the fundamentals of building the company and influence key decisions that will form our short and long term strategy. We see you as a person that will grow together with the company as we expand our customer base and market footprint and also help us define our culture and identify our next generation of talents. To be the perfect fit for Bapelsin, you have a can-do attitude, are self-driven and dream of making a difference. We are data & insight driven in every step of our journey so a curiosity and openness towards testing & evaluating products is key.

You will have the opportunity to

Be part of / drive technical decisions, set-ups
Work directly with design, product and other developers to build and ship front end components for experiments and features
Deliver modern, testable and maintainable code
Be part of launching A/B tests, conducting user testing & learning from historical data
Contribute to team planning, tracking and work visualization

You should have

For junior level 0-2 years, mid level 2-5 and senior level 5+ years of practical work experience in Front End Development
You are experienced with modern React Native coding, testing, debugging and automation techniques
You have experience in building React Native or native Apps
You have strong experience creating responsive, device-agnostic interfaces
You love building modular, well structured web applications with beautiful and useful UI
You are passionate about making decisions based on data & insights
You value visual design patterns and have experience implementing and maintaining style guides
You have experience working in an agile environment, and are comfortable pushing teams to improve their ways of working
You are adaptable and resourceful and you are able to develop effective solutions to problems
You care about web technologies, exploring data, usability, design and music
You have experience or interest in learning continuous delivery and automated testing
Communication skills in English at minimum, and basic or higher skills in Swedish
We embrace change, you should dare to challenge the status quo and be persistent
